Patients.xml not getting updated

My scheduler seems to be running fine, but all the entries in patients.xml just have:

<HV_Person_ID>00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000</HV_Person_ID>HV_Record_ID>00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000</HV_Record_ID>

Any idea why this would happen?

Of the patients I have, they're all the same account, so I'm wondering if that's the issue.  Basically I was just testing signup.  Do I need to clear out the patients XML and start from scratch?  Would that help?  How do you do that?  I've tried deleting the patients.xml and that doesn't seem to do it-- the data seems cached someplace.

thanks!

Hello,

Seems there is the time frame for creating the patient and updating the patient overlapped each other.

Please delete the “Scheduler Last Run.txt” and try running the scheduler.

Ensure that before executing the scheduler you have registered the patient through "patientwelcome.aspx" page

Using same live Id is not the issue as each patient is identified by a combination of person .id and record Id combination.

Do not clear out the patient.xml file as the scheduler updates only those patients that are present in patient.xml file, clearing patient.xml will not work.

Scheduler looks for the GUID (ID) in xml and updates the patient.

Also we have the latest build for Patient Connect scenario at http://healthvaultd2cv2.codeplex.com/ using HealthVault SDK Ver.1.1.2193. Pease try with the latest build.

Thanks

Hello Sameer,

I stopped the scheduler, deleted the 'Scheduler Last Run.txt' file and restarted the scheduler. It still didn't upload the patient data. I have two patients in my test app. I verified that the patient.xml file is not empty.

Thank you,

Aditya.

Hello Aditya,

Can you please check the log files for any exception logged there.

If possible can you please paste the same in the post

Thanks

~Sameer.

I looked in 'Scheduler Last Run.txt' and 'Service Log.txt'. There are no error messages. Is there another log file that I missed?
